Health Extension Discount Codes & Verified Offers for October 2026

Great addition for my dog

Last week I was looking for a new multi-vitamin for my senior dog. I usually buy Merrick, but Health Extension had a good deal. I got their Multi-Vitamin for Pets and my dog really likes it. The discount code worked at the very end of checkout too. I'm glad I found this brand.

Good food, fast shipping

I got the Little Bites Dry Dog Food for my chihuahua, she's super picky but she actually loved this. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would. Easy peasy.

My cats love the wet food

I got the Grain Free Wet Cat Food for my two picky eaters, and they actually finished their bowls! This never happens! I'm so glad I tried this brand. Definitely buying more. The ingredients look really good too. So happy I found this!

Great value, worth it

I was looking for a good deal on senior dog food and saw Health Extension had an offer for new customers. I decided to try the Senior Dog Food for my old guy. The price was really good with the discount, and the bag was a decent size. Shipping wasn't super fast, but it was free since my order was over $49. My dog seems to like it and hasn't had any stomach issues, which sometimes happens with new foods. For the price I paid, it felt like a solid purchase.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my fourth order for the Health Extension Grain Free Chicken and Turkey Recipe. As usual, the product arrived in perfect condition and on time. I've been feeding my dog this for over a year now, and the consistency in quality is why I keep coming back. My dog has sensitive digestion, and this food has always worked well for her. The packaging is always secure, and the delivery process is smooth. It's comforting to know I can rely on them for her food.

Decent product, quick delivery

I bought the Skin and Coat Supplements for my husky. She gets a bit itchy sometimes, especially this time of year. The supplements came pretty quickly, I think it was four days after I ordered. She's been taking them for a couple of weeks now. I haven't seen a huge difference in her itching yet, but her fur does feel a little softer. The packaging was good, no issues there. I wish the container had a better seal after opening, but it's not a big deal. Overall, it's a good product for the price point, and the delivery was efficient.

My cats are obsessed!

I just switched my two kitties to the Grain Free Wet Cat Food, the chicken pate kind. They absolutely devour it! I used to buy another brand, but they left so much behind. Not with this stuff! I'm so happy I found Health Extension. My cats' coats look shinier and they have more energy. I'm definitely subscribing to get regular deliveries. You should try it for your fur babies!

Good food, fast delivery

I ordered the Little Bites Dry Dog Food for my chihuahua, and it got here super quick, like two days earlier than the tracking said. My doggo really likes it, which is a win because she's picky. Pretty happy with it all.

Great food, some delivery confusion

I ordered the Health Extension Salmon and Chickpea Recipe for my senior dog last week. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, and I received an order confirmation right away. The food itself is excellent; my dog has been eating it for a few days and seems to enjoy it, and her coat already looks shinier. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about 7 business days, and the tracking information wasn't updated very frequently, which made me wonder where it was for a bit. When I contacted customer support about the tracking, they were responsive and helpful, explaining there was a slight delay at the warehouse. Overall, a good experience with a minor hiccup in delivery communication.
